You were my favorite fighter on TUF bro and still are. I wasn’t going to watch the finale because I was so upset you lost. I don’t think either Brandon or Roy are good fighters or even worth watching fight.
But, since I read that you will be fighting Matt, I’ve changed my mind about watching the finale. So, I’ll ONLY be watching for you.
One thing I just have to say to you man; ELBOWS!
When you took Brandon down the first time, you could have ended it right then and there if you had dropped mad elbows on his head.
You already have a tight ground game…now, practice training elbows from the crucifix and half guard and even the full guard and I promise you will complete your MMA game brother.
I know you think I’m probably just some dude online talking about what I don’t know. But, I just want to encourage you to keep it up, add some lethal elbows to your ground game and you’ll be unstoppable!
With your size and strength, NO ONE would be able to handle you smashing their brains out with your elbows man.
So, give it a try if you’re not already. I’m just saying…no one can fuck with your ground game bro. So, when you take Matt down on the finale, as soon as you’re in a position to drop elbows, let them go!
It doesn’t take even half of the energy and speed to drop some nasty, eye splitting bows as it does to throw a punch, especially on the ground.
USE them to give Matt some REAL brain damage this time cuzin!

Great showing, and it was quite the downer to see you lose in the semi’s. Can’t wait to see you beat on Mittrione. Hope you’ve found a good camp since the show ended, I’d love to see how much you’ve improved.
MJ put on the best fights of the season in my opinion. Not giving a UFC career a shot would be a real bummer for the whole sport. Just remember you beat a 10-0 undefeated guy and looked great doing it from just 2 years experience.
Marcus you showed a lot of ability and even more potential on the show, you have what it takes to be in the top heavyweights.
On top of that you seem like the nicest guy ever, and you deserve to succeed!
